Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp User Data Deletion – Techsup Business
This page explains how users of Techsup Business applications that integrate with Meta platforms
(including Facebook and WhatsApp) can request deletion of their personal data.
Techsup Business may receive and process limited user data from Meta products (such as name, profile details, phone number, and messages) solely for the purpose of delivering IT services, contact center services, and related support functionality.
If you have used a Techsup Support application connected to your Facebook or WhatsApp account and would like your data deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below:
• Techsup Business will verify your identity and confirm the association of your Meta account with our systems.
• Once verification is complete, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with that account from our active systems, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations (for example, invoicing and statutory logs).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete. In most cases, this will occur within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
Data deletion applies only to information controlled by Techsup Support within its own applications and infrastructure. It does not include data independently retained by Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) under their own privacy policies.
